Also known as WIN-SQ) was established in 1989 through a partnership with the Church of Singapore (Balestier). It envisioned itself to be like the ANTIOCH CHURCH that Develops Ministries in the Key Cities of the World. It is committed to "Connecting People to God and Inspiring Leaders to Serve". WIN-SQ also serves as the Regional Hub, overseeing churches, missions, and outreaches in Singapore, Myanmar,  Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Bangkok,  Australia, and New Zealand
